The Dynasty Volleyball Academy and Community Center has six volleyball sport courts, a dedicated weight training room, two media/video rooms, a parents' room, and three rooms designed for the players to gather for team building or studying before and after practice. The facility lies on 7 wooded acres just east of Lake Quivira. Outside, 8 sand volleyball courts help develop  young athletes in the summer season with training provided by Empire Beach.

From I-435 take the Holliday Drive Exit heading East. Go about 2 miles on Holliday Drive and take a right turn on South 73rd Street. Gibbs road will be the first road on your left.

--IMPORTANT NOTICE -- THE SPEED LIMIT ON HOLLIDAY DRIVE RANGES BETWEEN 25-35 MPH, AND THERE IS REGULARLY A SPEED TRAP SOMEWHERE ALONG THAT STRETCH OF ROAD.
